The design of an Engineering College and mini-campus through the Adaptive Re-use of the Grahamstown Railway Precinct.
This project explores responses to heritage buildings and historical context. Through its inception it aims to integrate a previously disadvantaged area into the urban fabric.

Taxi Interchange
(Mini-Thesis)
Port Elizabeth Central Commuter Taxi Rank as Urban Regenerator : Ordering a chaotic environment whit a physical urban structure, creating a humanised public meeting place.
This project deals with a highly complicated urban interchange which it regulates according to pedestrian and vehicular needs. The design accomodates the ten taxi associations of Port Elizabeth and the Mandela Bay Development Agency. Public functions such as a Media Centre, rentable offices and retail (formal & informal) are included.
